Don’t miss out on this fun and engaging event! Students will move, create, and use their imagination while learning calming strategies to help manage big emotions.

✨ Ages 5–7 will participate in activities centered around the book Moody Cow Meditates.

✨ Ages 8–10 will participate in activities centered around the book A Handful of Quiet: Happiness in Four Pebbles.

These wonderful books help children discover ways to find calm, mindfulness, and peace when emotions feel overwhelming. Each child will receive a copy of the book for their age group to take home!
