Dear Parent/Guardian:
The teachers welcome an opportunity to meet with you and discuss privately your child's academic progress. For that reason, we have planned Parent-Teacher conference days.
The School District has set aside the days of Wednesday, October 17, from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 18, from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. for parent conferences.
There may be some areas of concern from you, the parent/guardian, and/or the teacher. This letter is meant to be an open-line of communication. We invite and encourage you to make an appointment to meet with your child's teacher. This will allow you to see your child’s teacher and discuss concerns, questions, and successes. In addition scheduled appointments allow teachers to be prepared for your child’s conference. Conferences will be limited to 15 minutes.
To schedule a conference time, please call the High School office, 584-1291 ext 1002, for an appointment. We will try to set a time most convenient for you. Please call for your appointment between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
If the conference days and/or hours are inconvenient for you due to your employment, please contact us and we will help you make other arrangements for a conference.
